Once your subscription is confirmed, you will receive access to the Remedy EPR SaaS platform via email. You will also have direct access through your account.
All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to the software code, design, and other content on the Remedy EPR platform, remain the property of Remedy EPR. You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use the service during your active subscription.

We offer a 5-day money-back guarantee from the date of your initial subscription purchase. No refunds will be provided for subscription fees once the 5-day money-back guarantee period has expired. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team within the guarantee period.

You may export your data before the termination date, after which we are not obligated to retain your information.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If any part of this agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will still apply.
